Birthday Party

I wanted to go all out for Esme's birthday party! I struggled to pick a theme, so many fun ideas, but I didn't want to do something fun she might want when she is a little older. Since I was very pinterest inspired for the party we went with chevron in aqua and orange as the theme. We also used the giraffe since she loved her sophie and an old talking Geoffry (from toys'r'us) that she plays with at her Grandma's house. I wanted to share some of the pictures of her day.

She loved her party, but wasn't too thrilled with having her picture taken.

Thank heavens out photographer has the patience of a saint! She managed to make my crabby baby look adorable despite all her fussing!

We had the most delicous treats from KW Sweets out of Rockton IL. I love the cookie plates!! Just cheap chargers from Michael's jazzed up with some stickers and rhinestones.

I saw this on Pinterest, but changed it just a little to better fit a girl. It was a great way to remember everyone who shared Esme's special day.

From ShopLissy on Etsy. Absolutely perfect!

Judy at The Country Club made this darling shirt for Esme. I told her our colors and theme and she delivered!!

We had so much fun! (and were so stuffed)

I can't believe Esme is already one! I can't resist taking a little walk down memory lane and seeing how big my sweet baby has gotten in the last year!

Well, the party is over and has been for a while, but looking at the pictures I just melt. I used this site for inspiration.
